Business Information

Information collected in the during the course of the The Dealer Grid service may include detailed business information, and general information (“Business Information”). Business Information is only shared with individuals that you have specifically elected to share the information with.

Please note that when invitations are sent to other individuals via our Service (a "New User") or you use our Service to share a task with an individual not registered on the Service (a "Collaborator"), that person may have access to your email address and/or other contact information shared in such invitation or shared task.

Any user of our Service, may view and access their Business Profile and make changes to the personal information stored there.

Billing

When using an order form to order a service from us, you must also provide additional financial information needed to complete your order, such as credit card number and expiration date (collectively, "Billing Information"). This billing information is used for billing purposes, to fill your order, or if we have trouble processing an order. When we already have user information and/or billing information about you (such as through a previous order, previous use, previous registration, or previous contact, whether received through a site or otherwise), we may use such information to facilitate the order, registration or other process.

Third Party

We may collect additional information relating to, your activities while visiting our site, at several different points on a site. This information is used to improve the user experience in the software.

We may send to you one or more welcome emails that may also verify password and username information, and we may send to you updates, service announcements, administrative messages, or other important information about one or more of the sites and/or our services. In particular, we have collected the following categories of Personal Information from or about consumers within the last twelve (12) months:

IDENTIFIER:

A real name, alias, postal address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, IP address, email address, phonen number, account name, or other similar identifiers.

We will not collect additional categories of Personal Information or use the Personal Information we collected for materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes without providing you with notice and obtaining your explicit consent. We may require you to verify your identity prior to accessing or deleting your information. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request to know or a request to delete. We may deny a request from an authorized agent that does not submit proof of authorization. We will confirm receipt of a verifiable consumer request within ten (10) days of its receipt. We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time, we will notify you of the extension and provide an explanation of the reason for the extension in writing, and we will provide you with a response no later than ninety (90) days of receipt of the request.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 9/26/2017 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
